Vintage 80s Brown Dress Fringed Cowl Collar Mad Max Distopia Positive Attitude

This funky frock pulls on overhead and features three-quarters length sleeves, a natural waist seam and a full skirt, ending at mid calf. Note the cowl neck collar with long fringe in matching brown - matching the fringe at the hem. There are slit pockets at each hip front. Unlined.
