Edwardian Dress Subtle Floral Print w/ Pink Trim S
Delightful frock c.1910s in a soft cotton with a subtle floral print in beige. It has three-quarters length sleeves with ruffled cuffs in pink with a delicate white lace layer underneath. The same matching lace appears as a ruffled front on either side of the opening chest (which closes with interior snaps). The lace goes around the nape which sports a collar that has wire reinforcement so it can stand up stiffly somewhat. The waist is nipped and the ankle length skirt hangs loosely down the legs, ending in a pink ruffle. Skirt has a double layer of the print material so not sheer, but the torso and sleeves are (our model wears a slip underneath). Note the pink piping, or trim at the shoulder fronts, around the neck, and down the center of the opening.
In addition to the snaps at torso center, the waist area and the left side of the skirt make it easy on and off with additional snaps and hooks.
